last week was not so good. Unfortunately, Chris was laid off.
What does this mean? We are temporarily going on hold.
Fortunately, there are some job prospects on the near horizon and we are hoping we won't be on hold for very long.
Please pray for peace, understanding, and an opportunity in difficult times, but also please continue to pray for our sweet little one(s) half way around the world who have no idea that this mommy and daddy will continue to be thinking and praying about them every single day
I'm so sorry to hear about the job loss. I will keep your family in my prayers.

Oh Nancy I'm so sorry to hear this! I will definitely be praying for y'all. Hard.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear about you husband's job loss. This happened to some of our dear friends, just over a year ago, while they were adopting from Ethiopia as well. While he continually looked for work they were strong in prayer and were blessed with a job affording them to continue on with their adoption. They have since brought their son home. If God has a child or children waiting for you He will work everything else out! Our prayers are with you.
ReplyDeleteBlessings.
